Add-on accommodations
Your venue booking includes two log cabins, each with two bedrooms, a full bath, and a full kitchen. A third log cabin and/or a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath chalet (three-night minimum) can also be added. Shuttle service to transfer guests to and from the venue are available for an additional fee. Each shuttle can accommodate 14 people.

Outside catering
Camp Hale Weddings does allow licensed outside caterers but they do not have access to Camp Hale Weddings’ kitchen, lodge, service ware or catering wait staff. A $1,500 outside catering fee will be applied toward your beverage minimum. Linens are not included.

Hosted hourly bar packages: Cost is per person for 4 hours, plus $10 per person for each additional hour.

Site fees
Our site fees are organized by day of the week and include use of the space and day-of venue management. Camp Hale Weddings guarantees five event hours to host your event, though additional hours are available for purchase upon request. There is a 250-guest maximum for the reception and ceremony.
Monday–Thursday: $14,000
Friday & Sunday: $17,000
Saturday & Holidays: $20,000
Tax & gratuity: 4.9% sales tax + 22% service charge on every service provided by Camp Hale Weddings, excluding the venue fee (sales tax applicable).Camp Hale Weddings offers a wedding package that includes the venue, beverage, private access to our ceremony island site and cocktail service grounds, a 40′ x 80′ reception tent, use of the Camp Hale Lodge, and two complimentary cabins overnight.

You have access to the venue for five hours, starting at the commencement of your ceremony and ending at guest departure. Vendors may start loading in at noon. Please ask vendors to follow all protocols listed in our vendor guide and clean up in a timely manner after the event.

Yes. Nova Guides operates seven days a week, but all activities will complete two hours prior to your ceremony start time.

Yes, we hold rehearsals from 10 a.m. to noon the day before your event. Please inquire for special timing.

Yes, Camp Hale allows licensed catering vendors on-site to provide food service for your event. A flat fee applies to your food & beverage minimum, plus an additional fee if the caterer needs to use our lodge kitchen.

No, you’re required to hire an outside insured professional planner, whether for full, partial, or day-of coordination.
