Accommodations

Two log cabins are complimentary with venue booking, each with two bedrooms, full bath, and full kitchen. A third log cabin and/or a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath chalet (three-night minimum) can also be added. Shuttle service to transfer guests to and from the venue are available for an additional fee. Each shuttle can accommodate 14 people.

Catering Amenities

We've done the taste testing and have specially-curated a list of trusted catering partners who offer a variety of menu options and price points. At Camp Hale Weddings, we are proud to partner with Vail Catering Concepts, Red Maple Catering, Epicurean Catering, and Moe's Original BBQ & Catering.

Outside Catering

Camp Hale Weddings will allow a licensed outside caterer.  Outside caterers will not be allowed to utilize Camp Hale Weddings' kitchen, lodge, service ware or catering wait staff.  A $1,500 outside catering fee will be applied toward your beverage minimum.  Linens are not included. 

BAR OPTIONS

Bar Packages

  • Hosted Hourly Bar packages: Charges are based per person for 4 hours. $10 per person for each additional hour.

  • Two signature drinks are included in the price of each package, except for the Beer & Wine Package. 

  • Bar packages can be customized by each couple.

  • Please inquire for more information on package options, minimums, and pricing.

Bar Policies

  • All alcohol must be directly provided and served by Camp Hale Weddings. 

  • Tax and gratuity will be applied to all food purchases.  

  • Glassware is included. 

  • Additional bars, specialty glassware, and cocktail servers are quoted upon request.

Sourcing Bar Alcohol

We are happy to source specially requested alcohol for your event at an additional fee.  All alcohol must be purchased by Camp Hale Weddings from a licensed distributor.
